1 on 1 Personal Training

1-1 Offers the personal attention and focus during your entire workout. Each workout is designed and programmed especially for you and your goals. This is a great option for clients who are just starting out and need extra guidance, recovering from an injury or have very specific training goals. We have 30 and 60 minute sessions available and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

2 on 1 Personal Training

2-1 Allows clients to share a trainer. This is a great option for those clients who might already be comfortable working out, but are looking for the accountability and encouragement of a coach. Bring your spouse, friend or co-worker and take on this fitness journey together! Each workout is speficially designed and programmed for the two of you.  Workout with your child, and get the whole family working out together!  2-1 is available in 60 minute sessions only.

3 on 1 Personal Training

3-1 Offers the attention of Personal Training with the comraderie of a class. Not only is your trainer encouraging you and counting on you to be there, but your friends are too.  Each group workout will be designed and programmed with the specific group in mind, and will be based on the group's goals and abilities.  This is also a great option for parent-child workouts too.  3-1 is available in 60 minute sessions only.

4 on 1 Small Group Training

4-1 Offers the attention of Personal Training with the comraderie of a class. Not only is your trainer encouraging you and counting on you to be there, but your friends are too.  Each group workout will be designed and programmed with the specific group in mind, and will be based on the group's goals and abilities.  Get a group of friends together and let’s get started!  4-1 is available in 60 minute sessions only.
